Wrap a tape measure around a can or bottle and add an inch to that measurement. Cut a piece of the craft foam to be that length. The foam should be wide enough to cover most of a drink can or the center area of a drink bottle. Instead of leaving the ends to be straight across, cut the foam band to be rounded at the ends. Purchase a fine-tip paint marker from a craft store to create the design you desire for the drink can wraps. The markers contain real paint that wont come off on the hands of the guests.
